In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply: "User" means a person who uses the Services; "Services" means the services provided by Cash Frenzy; "Content" means any content posted or uploaded to the Services.
By accessing and using the Services, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If a User does not accept these Terms and Conditions, they must not use the Services.

The User retains ownership and responsibility for all Content posted on the Services. By posting Content, Users grant to Cash Frenzy a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to display, distribute, store, reproduce and modify such Content as part of the Services or otherwise in connection with its provision.
Users shall not: (i) post Content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy; (ii) use the Services for any commercial or unlawful purposes; (iii) engage in spamming, flaming or posting false information about others.
The User shall be liable and responsible for all damages to Cash Frenzy arising from their breach of these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to reasonable costs incurred by Cash Frenzy as a result of such breach.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cash Frenzy, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates against any claim or demand made due to their use of the Services, including damages arising from Content posted on the Services.
The intellectual property rights in all material published on the Services belong solely to Cash Frenzy unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited under applicable law.
Cash Frenzy provides its Services on an "as-is" basis and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The liability for the Services shall in no way exceed that provided by law nor any obligation beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Cash Frenzy may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its discretion without notice, so it is the Users' responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Services after changes are made will be considered as acceptance.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration according to rules thereof, notwithstanding any conflict of laws provision.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Cash Frenzy and Users, replacing all prior agreements and understandings relating to its subject matter.
